We deliver locally with our own vehicles, reaching most So. Cal. The charges vary depending on the distance, and the size of the canvases and order. You will get the exact amount in your order confirmation.

How usual turn around is two to three weeks, depending on how busy we are. In case you need something expedited, we can “Rush” orders, having our crew work overtime to squeeze in orders that need to be filled immediate. In that case, the turn around is 5-7 business days, guaranteed.

Is the detail of all products you want to purchase. From that list, the back office will give you a shipping quote, and if applicable a discount for the whole order. Once its approved by you, it will became an order, and once paid, it will turn on to an invoice.

After you send us the order form, we will confirm shipping or delivery costs, and we will go about any other detail that could arise from your request. After everything is agreed, and paid, you can wait for your order to be produced in the arranged time frame.

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you confirm you want to pay, your credit card, or bank account in charged for the amount agreed.

If there is noticeable damage to the shipment, please note it on the BOL when receiving it. If that step is not done, it gets very difficult for us to proceed against the carrier. Once you open the packages, unless you simply reject them due to clearly visible damage, you must let us know immediately. We will re ship new ones, and arrange for the damaged boxes to be picked up.

Note: IT IS EXTREMELLY IMPORTANTE TO STATE THAT BOXES ARE DAMAGED PRIOR TO SIGNING OFF THE DELIVERY.

Yes, orders can be cancelled if for any reason you have no need for the products anymore. If your order is already made and ready to go, a re-stocking fee might be applicable.

If this happens, we will immediately re ship the correct order, and arrange a pick-up for the wrong order. Items must be in new condition. In case the wrong product still would suit you, we can accommodate a discount for you to take advantage of this mistake.

If for some reason you are not happy with our product, please contact us to resolve the issue. We take pride in confirming that in the history of our company, we have never had a client return a product, having it arrived in good conditions. But we are committed to 100% satisfaction guaranteed. So do not hesitate in contacting us. We might have to charge a re stocking fee, if for some reason you don’t need the product any more. But we will make you happy.
